Afternoon Tea at Mandarin Oriental 文華東方酒店的下午茶

It has been so long that I haven't been to a proper traditional English style afternoon tea...

I was so glad my friend Allison, the founder of A. Style, an art and lifestyle home products shop in Hong Kong, came to visit London for her business trip.

I remember 3 years ago, I had scones with her in the old Mandarin Oriental in Central, Hong Kong, and I loved the rose jam they had there. It's a shame I couldn't find it anywhere in London yet.

This time we tried the newly opened The Rosebery in Mandarin Oriental located Knightsbridge, London.

Few months ago, McQueen Li (Mr Wing) was invited to take part as a street model in the FashionStyleloger London Street Fashion Book

就在前幾天 FashionStyleologist 留言給我邀請我去參加他們的出書的 party, 只可惜我剛好那天還在湖區 (晚點會再寫篇遊記喔~) 翅膀先生去歐洲玩了, 所以也不能去~

Few days ago FashionStyleologist left me a message, invited me to go to their book launch party, but unfortunately I was still in Lake District on the day of the party. McQueen is also away travelling in Europe.

所以湖區回來的隔天就趕去 Gallery Different 參觀 & 幫翅膀先生買書啦~

就在幾個月前才有傳聞說 Givenchy 可能會跟H&M合作, 但就在今天證實了傳聞是錯的!

Just few months ago, we heard the rumours that Givenchy may collaborate with H&M, the press release today from H&M proves it all wrong.

Counterfeit 假貨?

最近在 Facebook 被加入兩個賣假貨的 closed group, 才發覺原來這也是他們的通路之一。雖不能完全光明正大,但也夠光明正大了。


Luxury brand 對某些客層來說是遙不可及的,只要有人想要,就會有人以低價想賣假貨以滿足那些需求。

對 Luxury brand 來說還是滿可悲的吧!

雖然只有看到圖片無法確認實品,但現在模仿的技術越來越好,還有分 a+ 跟 1:1。長型 CHANEL 錢包只要台幣 $1000 或 $1800 就可得手。

想想那個 logo 不過就只是個圖案,對吧? 何必去買到那麼貴呢? 真假有差嗎?

但對很多人來說,她代表的不只是個圖案,除了顯示自己的身份地位,品味,假貨給不到的是真貨給的滿足感。使用時的 proud, because you know it's real, you are using the real thing, 因為你知道她是真的。只有你知道她的價值。
